Amy thanks for sharing your comments! Finding a good agent who will work on your behalf is part of the trick. There are a ton of agents out there are are more on the bookings and moving on versus the relationship building! And if they were good at that they would have offered to make amends. I’m so sorry to hear this! And I do agree on the RC customer service we usually call and talk to those that run the casino programs have found they are more helpful and since we spend at least $100 in there they’ve been great to deal with just a little tip there. I have seen now they are using the bidding system for rooms to make some extra money and in my opinion it’s ridiculous I’d love to see them offer free upgrades!
